We read every message and aim to reply within three to five business days. If your question is urgent, put "urgent" in the subject line and we will do our best to get back to you sooner. Please include as much detail as you can — links to the page you're referring to, the exact figure or sentence you think is wrong — so we can act on your message without a long back-and-forth.
What to write about
We especially welcome:
- Corrections. If you spot an error in any of our guides — especially a China sourcing fact such as a factory city, a platform rule, a shipping detail, or a price range — tell us. We would rather fix it quickly than let it mislead another reader.
- Tool feedback. If one of our estimators or calculators behaves oddly, or if you would like a tool we don't have yet, we want to hear about it.
- Partnership inquiries. We occasionally work with freight forwarders, sourcing agents, and trade service providers. We do not sell editorial coverage — any partnership will be clearly labeled — but we are open to conversations.
- Topic suggestions. If there is a sourcing question we haven't covered, suggest it. Reader questions often become new guides.
What we can't do
We are a publishing project, not a sourcing agency. We cannot place orders for you, verify a specific supplier, negotiate with factories, or act as your agent in China. Our guides and tools are designed to help you do those things yourself, more safely and with better information.
A note on privacy
Please don't include sensitive personal or business information — account numbers, passwords, or private contracts — in your email. We only need enough detail to answer your question or fix the issue you spotted.
